Service Introduction

Engineers are scheduled to provide on-site technical support services for desktop issues such as troubleshooting based on customer-requested time or mutually agreed-upon appointment time.


Service Details:


1. For a single computer, one instance of troubleshooting is counted as one on-site service. If the system crashes, the core is damaged, or a blue screen issue cannot be resolved, and the customer agrees to a system reinstallation, billing will be hourly.


2. Basic network issues troubleshooting and maintenance are counted as one on-site service. If the engineer is required to wait on-site due to reasons on the customer's end, billing will be hourly.


3. For the troubleshooting and maintenance of a specific piece of equipment, if it is determined to be a hardware issue, it will be handled by the respective hardware maintenance provider. The work performed by Fwone on-site will still be billed as one on-site service.


4. All other services will be billed on an hourly basis.
